Participants of the CDL program study and test on a variety of subjects related to obtaining their Commercial Driver’s License. In our 2018 class, there were more than 60 students seeking the information and skills on general knowledge, air brakes, and combination vehicles, etc.

In our advanced class, we study log books, driving challenges, and more. Both classes place a heavy emphasis on pre-trip inspection and safety. It is our goal to equip participants with the knowledge necessary to pursue a career in the truck driving industry upon their release. We look forward to 2019 when we will be able to expand the CDL course to all participants at ACI and acquire the materials needed to offer hands-on experience, specifically with pre-trip inspection and safety.
